Job Description / Responsibility
- Act as the main contact person of the office.
- Meet & Greet clients, make and receive phone calls.
- Provide accurate counseling over the phone.
- Assist the Chief Consultant (former Visa Team Leader, US Embassy Dhaka) in administering and executing all the official activities regarding USA Immigration and Visa processing.
- Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, maintain files and records.
- Counsel clients.
- Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
- Necessary trainings will be provided.

Educational Requirements
- O Level/ A Level/ Honors/ Masters.
- O/A Level and Honors students and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Only females are allowed to apply.
- Must have good command over English and proficiency in using Computer and Internet (MS Word, Excel, typing, emailing, researching etc).
- Must be well dressed, presentable, smart, matured, well organized and punctual.
- Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Must have a `Can Do Attitude`.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop and ability to type in Bengali and speaking Sylheti will be considered as advantages.
- Experience of student/visa counseling or call center job will be appreciated.
- Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Business : We process almost all categories of USA Visa - Immigration, Visitor, Student. We do not help students with University Admissions. Only students having an Offer Letter (I-20) can come to us for assistance with the Visa Application process. We do not process skilled migration/ work permit visa - H1B.
