Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsible for entire quality matters of Sweater Industry, particularly specialize in RMG different type of yarn, different type operation Winding, Knitting, Linking, Finishing, Embroidery, Print and Washing.
• Follow up to ensure production quality from yarn to finishing.
• Manage quality platform, in Line Inspections, pre final and make the goods ready for final inspection.
• Understanding fully the Quality System for Sweater factory.
• Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
• Follow up the running orders quality related continues activities and give the guideline to factory.
• Coordination with Merchandiser and proper support for sampling to production, thus ending shipment.
• Good technical knowledge about Sweater.
• Maintain daily quality report & other documentation works.
• Maintain check list, cross check & take action plan accordingly.
• Reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
• To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
• To provide technical assistance to all sections wherever application in order to achieve customers quality standard.
• Coordinate with production, IE Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Quality Control/Audit, Production
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Buying House (Garments)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in RMG sector, 100% export oriented Sweater industry.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area: Sample, Development, Production , Sample Approval, PP Meeting, Production, Quality control, In Line Inspection & final inspection.
• Must willing to work in Chittagong division.
• Experience of work in CTG will be an advantage.
• Can work extended time without hesitation.
• Experience in Sweater factory will add advantage.
