Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsible for the daily operation of the sewing department,
- Receives cutting fabrics according to style, color & size from cutting section.
- Ensuring production to customer quality standards in a timely manner.
- Ensure all product received in the sewing area is counted, checked for quality and verified with the bill of lading.
- Set and properly communicate any customer quality standards.
- Ensure no product is shipped that does not meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a well-organized, properly communicated production schedule for the entire workforce.
- Make scheduling decisions to ensure that product is delivered on time.
- Any other works as & when required by the management

- HSC/ Graduate from any recognized College/ university, but flexible for experience person
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 35 year(s)
- Supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, is required. Experience in an industrial sewing facility is strongly preferred.
- Computer knowledge will be added advantages.
- Good communication in English and Chinese (Preferred)
