Job Description / Responsibility
- Balance the Line properly to increase the production with right quality
- Instruct the supervisors and follow up hourly production Target
- Ensure quality requirement and cooperate with line Q.C
- Attend to the operators problems and beg production Manager's suggestion
- Endure availability of input , update input & Output summery
- Reduce misuse of Materials
- Respect the instruction of Production Manager
- Should obey the rules & regulation of Company
- Perform any task time to time provide by the Management

- Must have working experience with Woven Garments (Sewing Line)
- Able to motivate Operator
