Job Description / Responsibility
- Collect payments from customers
- Serve food or beverages to customer, and prepare or serve special dishes at tables as and when required
- Present menus to customer and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
- Prepare tables for meals and remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, take them to kitchen for cleaning.
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Stock counting and recording
