Job Description / Responsibility

• 1.Motivation and communication:
• Motivate worker to highly serve for the company.
• Maintain regular communication with mid management and workers to resolve their difficulties.
• 2.Ensure Welfare facilities, occupational safety and health of the employees.
• Suggest and trained welfare team to properly follow up the whole welfare activities in the factory.
• Distribute and follow up the works of existing health and safety team to ensure occupational safety and health of the employees.
• 3.Industrial relations (IR).
• Arrange participation Committee meeting.
• Handle the grievance of the workers.
• 4. Ensure Compliance issues:
• Identify the existing problems related to human resources and compliances and prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and ensure implementation.
• Implementation of National labor law, buyers' requirements and international best practices.
• Arrange and/or attend the buyers and 3rd party, and, labor inspector's audit and ensure implementation of their findings.
• Coordinate with the buyers and labour inspector's and provides required and relevant information to these parties.

Educational Requirements

Graduate/ Masters in any discipline. HRM Degree is highly preferable.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Labor Counseling, Welfare
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Buying House (Garments), Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age At least 25 year(s)
• Only females are allowed to apply.
• Special skills (if any): Job Training on labor organization, BGMEA or any special organization.
• Having 2 years Experience in Garments Industries
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral on English and Bengali).
• Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skill.
• Willingness and ability to build rapport with worker & staffs.
• Capacity building and facilitation skills and experience.
• People management skill.
