Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsible for preparing various dishes for 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for MD and his family, guests as ordered by MD/ Family members or MD house supervisor
• Raise demand in advance (at least 24 hours before) about daily local purchase requirement to the supervisor & ensure marketing/ collection of standard/ quality items
• Make the kitchen & dining table cleaned and hygienic & maintain it all the time. Ensure crockeries & cutlieries are cleaned and placed to use in hygienic condition.
• Do marketing (if necessary) for kitchen of MD`s House as & when necessary and adjust bill on the same day
• Use proper uniform during cooking and serving food and taste the food before serving
• Maintain the food timing & serve fresh/warm food for all
• Preserve excess food in deep freeze in hygienic condition (covered in correct temperature). Do not misuse or spoil the food and cook and cook only required amount as needed.
• Remain honest, sincere, polite, punctual, smart, discipline in all respect
• Do not allow visitors to visit kitchen
• Consult the supervisor for leave or any kind of problem
• Perform any other job assigned by MD
